CARE AND CLEANING

• For quick results, use a polishing cloth on HIGH POLISH pieces.
  Do NOT use the polishing cloth on MATTE finish pieces.
  

• Toothpaste with a toothbrush will work wonders for a quick clean.
  

• For best results, use any standard liquid or paste jewelry cleaner. Follow the
  directions on the jewelry cleaner container and MAKE SURE TO RINSE WELL.
  

• We don't recommend putting pearl or beaded jewelry in the jewelry cleaner.
  

• You may always send your Betsy Frost Design jewelry to us for cleaning. We will
  clean your jewelry free of charge and mail it back to you. Please mail your jewelry in a box--not a padded envelope or regular envelope.

ANTI TARNISH TACTICS

• Your Betsy Frost Design jewelry will arrive in an ultra suede pouch inside the box. When you are not wearing your pieces, we recommend that you keep them zipped airtight inside this bag.
  

• We recommend that you remove your jewelry before swimming in chlorine or salt water, and before exercising. Try not to expose jewelry to harsh chemicals.

• You may always send your Betsy Frost Design jewelry to us for repair.
  We will repair your jewelry asap and mail it back to you. There might be
  a charge depending on the scale of the repair that needs to be done.
