The prices displayed on this site represent the full retail prices, excluding taxes and applicable fees. Almost all pieces are in stock and ready to ship asap, or within 5-7 business days. Betsy Frost Design will alert you immediately if there is a problem with the availability of a product .
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,you may return it within 60 days of the date of purchase for a full refund (excluding shipping.) The item must be shipped back in a BOX (no envelopes please) and in new condition. After 60 days, an item may be exchanged, or returned for a website credit. The returned item for exchange must be in new condition.
